From my initial encounter with Kevin via telephone to pick up of our documents by Adam, the customer service was outstanding. Communication was excellent. We were called 3 times to ensure we knew the time of day of their arrival, their approximate arrival within 30 minutes and then we were called from the driveway! Adam made sure to alert us to come outside to watch the shredding process. Kevin provided quotes and explanations that were clear and ensured I knew what was included in the quote and what might cost extra. In this day of oft-times mediocre customer service, I am impressed with the care we received from Pro-Shred. We will definitely recommend this organization and use in the future! read less
